Theresa is a registered nurse with extensive experience in healthcare and healthcare recruitment including medical, surgical, perioperative, mental health, intellectual disability, community care and forensic nursing.

She has worked in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia. Theresa supports registered nurses complimentary to navigating the healthcare system of Australia. As a RN with experience in major healthcare facilities and community in Australia, the UK and Ireland, Theresa has an inside perspective on the needs of the health sector and understands the importance of recruiting qualified candidates who can add value to the organisations she recruits for.

Theresa is readily available to support registered nurses with most migration and healthcare queries from AHPRA registration, visa requirements, AMNAC assessment to name a few. She also runs a Facebook group “Nursing in Australia"“ with over 3,000 members answering questions daily and advising nurses.
